Positive: I liked it all. Ruby on reception was lovely, we had the two bedroom apartment which was very comfy for 4 adults and a 12 year old. The only thing was the smaller size of the toilet and bathroom were both a bit of a tight fit but wasn't too bothersome at all. I wouldve given a 10 only for the fact that there were roofers on the roof doing work while I was still sleeping and they woke me up. Aside form that our stay was great and absolutely not what I expected from accommodation at a hotel. The bar staff were also lovely. The rooms are recently renovated and the furniture is so nice. The beds were super comfy aswell. A larger kettle would also be great but overall was excellent
Negative: The roofers on the roof waking me up and the kettle shoukd be bigger for that size apartment basically very minimal things that absolutely would not stop us booking again
